CANCELLATION POLICY- Since we have new sites up quickly, we do not have a cancellation window. Our policy is once you signup for a website, and you agreed to our terms, you are responsible for the price of the website you selected and your first month hosting fee. You may cancel at anytime thereafter, after providing us with a 2 week written notice. If paying by credit card at sign up and your credit card declines, PHInc™ will then attempt to charge your card for $100.00, which is non-refundable if you fail to pay the entire amount. |
